Return Policy

While we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, ShopSheLaLa.com offers Store Credit for returnable items within 30 days of the original purchase date. For details, see below.

PLEASE NOTE: At this time we are unable to accept ShopSheLaLa.com returns in our brick and mortar stores.

Store Credit:

Store Credit will arrive via email in the form of a Gift Certificate which can be used for future purchase(s) at ShopSheLaLa.com. At this time, ShopSheLaLa.com store credit cannot be redeemed for purchase in our brick and mortar stores, nor vice versa. We are working on a solution, which will launch in the very near future, to make our Gift Cards usable in both our brick and mortar stores and ShopSheLaLa.com.

Non-Returnable Items:

ANY ITEM THAT HAS BEEN PERSONALIZED CANNOT BE RETURNED unless damaged or produced in a way not consistent with the received order. Be sure to double-check personalization orders for accuracy before submitting them, as your item will be personalized exactly as ordered. We will be unable to replace or issue store credit for items that were ordered incorrectly.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Any items purchased from our Sale page, or at a discount, are not eligible for Return, Store Credit or Exchange.

ALL HOLIDAY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Holiday items are not eligible for Return, Store Credit, or Exchange.

ITEMS THAT SHOW SIGNS OF wear, alteration, washing, tag removal, or have any other sign of damage are not eligible for Return, Store Credit, or Exchange. Be sure to inspect your shipment for signs of damage by the carrier and contact ShopSheLaLa.com immediately if any are present.


Returnable Items:

Full priced items which are un-used, un-worn, un-modified, non-damaged, and non-personalized are eligible to be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be approved and received within 30 days of the original purchase date. For details on Store Credit, see above.


Return Merchandize Authorization #'s:

If you receive a Returnable Item and would like to receive Store Credit, simply reply to your shipping confirmation email to be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization #. If you already lost or deleted your shipping confirmation, or your package was a gift, please send an email to admin@shopshelala.com and be sure to include the name on the order, order #, and indicate which item(s) you wish to return. An administrator will verify your return and email you an RMA #. That RMA # must be written on the original packing slip, which must be included in your return package.

Once your return is received and verified to be a returnable item (see above for details on Returnable Items), you will receive an email containing a Gift Certificate which can be redeemed on ShopSheLaLa.com for a future purchase. This is your Store Credit. Treat this code as cash. If it is lost, ShopSheLaLa.com will be unable to issue a new code.


Please note:
  • Customer assumes all responsibility for return shipping costs including damages.
  • Return shipments received more than 30 days after the original purchase date will not be accepted.
  • Return shipments without an Return Merchandise Authorization # will not be accepted.
  • Return shipments with missing, damaged, or otherwise un-returnable items will not be eligible for Store Credit, Refund, or Exchange and the customer assumes responsibility for any subsequent shipping charges or carrier claims.
  • While we are working toward a universal system, Store Credits generated on the web store will NOT be redeemable in our retail stores, or vice versa.
  • At this time we are unable to accept ShopSheLaLa.com returns in our brick and mortar stores.
